What is it like to run a Nigerian Scam?

Have you ever received one of those e-mails offering you money for nothing if you help someone abroad transfer a very large sum of money to your country? Because many of the early versions of this fraud came from Nigeria it’s been dubbed the  Nigerian Scam. Want to know what the people running it are like?
