How to…

Some of you will not be used to reading and using blogs, so here is some information to help you get the most out of them.

How to respond

You can post a comment or send me an e-mail.

I really do want this blog to become a conversation. I want to know where I’m wrong, what I’ve missed out, what your own experiences are. To comment just click on the words ‘Leave a comment’ at the end of any article. The first time you do this you’ll be asked for you name and e-mail address. This is to make people think before posting silly or rude comments. You can of course use a pseudonym and false e-mail, but what if I want to contact you to chat further about your comments? Your address will not be made public on the blog.

If you have a question or request then sending an e-mail may be the better approach. At the top of each blog is a tab labelled ‘CONTACT’. That is where you’ll find stuff like my e-mail address.

How to follow links in articles

There’s a lot of good stuff on the web, although it is often hidden underneath piles of junk. If I refer to something elsewhere on the net then I try to include a link. You’ll spot links because they look like this: some useful words

Move your mouse pointer over the words ‘some useful words’ and they’ll change to underlined red. Just click and a fresh window will open showing what I’m referring to.
