[...] It’s not easy to get going when depressed, but there are tricks and strategies worth trying. They work for me. [...] Motivation can come from within or be applied by other people from outside. Guess which works best. [...] Motivation can be towards something desirable or away from something unpleasant, and there is a related factor that matters.
